Who are the partners?

The project partners have been working together in learning city and region matters over several years. They have carried out leading edge research and developed tools and techniques that can be used by local authorities to facilitate the construction of learning cities and regions. This experience will be shared with the inputs of other delegates to the workshops. They are:

Ø  Ecole Superieure de Commerce, Toulouse, linking with France, Spain and Portugal

Ø  Akershus University College, Drammen, Norway, linking with the Nordic countries

Ø  University of Pecs, Hungary linking with Romania, Bulgaria, the Balkans

Ø  University of Kaunas, linking with the Baltic States and Poland
